Mount Sion Choir took to the stage at Churchyard Sessions last weekend and to say they were great is an understatement.

The boys in Mount Sion Choir, the group of girls and their teachers should all be very proud of themselves, showing Waterford the true talent that we have here in the city.

The group have travelled across the globe and the country representing Waterford.

Jessica and Christopher, 2 of the choir’s members, sang an incredible versions of the hit ‘Shallow’ back in December and blew everyone away at the choir’s first Christmas concert on Sunday, held at the St Patrick’s Gateway Centre in Waterford city. The original video has been viewed almost 1.5million times on Facebook alone.

The choir have also recorded a song with acclaimed Irish songwriter Don Mescall, winner of an Irish Post Country Music Award.

Mount Sion Choir came to the stage on Bailey’s New Street to a huge audience! Safe to say this is only the beginning for the Mount Sion Choir!
