FRESH FROM THE COAST
With theCopper Coast right on our doorstep we’ve placed some considerable emphasis on fish and seafood. In fact, there are four of our starters that use fresh seafood as the main ingredient. Our Creamy Seafood Chowder is filled with fresh salmon, smoked haddock and mussels and is served with fresh parsley, treacle bread, mini blaa and Irish Creamery Butter. Our Oysters are directly from Woodstown Bay. Or why not try our Deep Fried Calamari. And then check out our mains fresh from the sea. A favourite our Metalman beer battered Fish n’ Chips accompanied by our sensational chips. Or if you’re interested we have a fresh fish special daily that comes at market price. Our fresh Dunmore East Mussels and Dunmore East Seafood Pie really are to die for!! Our delicious seafood is supplied to us by Dunmore East Fish Company.

Get your meal started with our Hot ‘Franks’ Sauce or BBQ Chicken Wings or how about our fried lemon chicken goujons served with garlic mayo. Why not try our Caesar Salad with chicken, baby gem lettuce, shaved parmesan, smoked Irish bacon, croutes and Caesar dressing. For your mains you can select our Pot Roast Supreme of Irish Chicken or try our tasty homemade Chicken Tikka Masala
We cater for those who are gluten intolerant. Menu items vary from being gluten free or having an option to make it Gluten free. In this case, it’s probably easier to tell you what cannot be made gluten free as the majority of our menu items have a gluten free option. Those that cannot be adapted is our risotto and our beer battered fish along with one or 2 dessert options. Apart from those, the new Casual Dining Menu suits those with a gluten intolerance
We also cater to the vegetarian or to those who are just not in the mood for meat or fish. Some on the choices available include our Homemade soup of the day, Beetroot and Ardsallagh Goats Cheese salad, Saffron, Pea and Mint Risotto and our Fresh Macaroni with Wild Forest Mushroom, shaved parmesan, baby leaf spinach and toasted pine nut. As you will see, at The Reg have created an imaginative new menu that has something for everyone. We only use the finest fresh ingredients in all our dishes and we source locally where possible.
